Overview
Two large, period, attached village houses in the centre of Bourg de Visa within walking distance to all amenities.
Interior and Garden
The houses, dating from the mid 19th century, have a new roofs and large village garden with space for off road parking to the rear. They also come with a plot of woodland with a ruin a short walk from the village. Requiring total internal renovation, but at this price offering excellent value. The first house was formerly the property of a gentleman and has numerous period features including marble fireplaces, magnificent staircase and stained glass double doorways. The exterior windows faced with Bordeaux stone were signs of a quality residence. The second house is the poor cousin but retains numerous charming features.
