We moved from the UK to the Lot-et-Garonne in 2013 with our two young daughters and since then have built a connection to the local community which gives us a unique viewpoint to advise you of the steps to take to settle in the area, what life is like here, what to do, schools, etc. We understand the realities and uncertainties of buying and selling and between us have a wealth of experience in property developing, interiors and marketing.
Having bought, renovated and sold several properties in France, our experience involved a lot of solitary research, reading and investigating to find out the differences between the French and UK systems, to find out what we were agreeing to at each stage of documents and find out what was available locally. We wanted to offer a service creating a more positive experience for our clients in terms of comfort of being able to explain each step of the process and sharing the knowledge we have acquired.
We believe that customers – buyers and sellers – making big decisions needed a level of service, transparent advice and clarity from their estate agents that we knew we could improve on.
We’re a small team but we’re growing. With four offices – in Monflanquin, Auvillar, Lauzerte and Beauville – we have a large portfolio that requires excellent customer care skills. We’re looking for dedicated agents to handle the sourcing, take on and sale of properties in the area around our offices, on a freelance / Agent Commercial status. You should be calm under pressure, organised, have a strong client care ethic and be motivated by the variety of tasks – no two days are the same!
Experience preferred, but not necessary, as full on-the-job accompaniment training will be provided. If you are able to work in French and English, that’s another plus! You will enjoy generous commission rates and full support from our team ethos and working culture.
