Substantial, stone town house, located in the centre of the thriving historic town of Lauzerte, and in my opinion – no arguing please – the best street in town!  Being one of a handful of properties in the citadel to have underground and off-road parking, and a charming private garden.

The Area

Located in the centre of Lauzerte, a beautiful historic village, listed among the most beautiful villages of France and a stopping point on the Camino de Compostela, only 1 hour of Toulouse. The village is steeped in history, a weekly market in the main square surrounded by cafés and has a vibrant community with a year-round programme of cultural art and music events.  There is a primary school and college in the village.
