Dating from the early 19th century and on the market for the first time since 1972, when it was bought by a British architect, who lovingly restored the house from top to bottom using authentic building materials, retaining the charm of the original house.  Comprising a large sitting room with polished oak floorboards, original fireplace with log burning stove and beamed ceilings, rustic country kitchen with the original terracotta floor tiles, three bedrooms on the ground floor, modern travertine lined shower room and three further attic rooms with low ceilings – great for children or our photographer Paul!  Entranceway/ boot room with a separate boiler room/larder and loo, oil central heating and part double glazed.

Covered porch and stone terrace, with another wisteria clad covered terrace for al fresco dining all set in the most idyllic gardens with established trees, stone bread oven and a koi carp pond, a heated saltwater swimming pool and sun terrace.
