La Gacharié is one of the few remaining barns in this region that has a CU (Building Permit and change of use). It sits in almost a hectare of land and has water and electricity connections close by.  The structure is in good, solid condition and has a total internal space of 264m2 on two floors.

With clever planning and use of materials, the renovation costs can be kept to a realistic level and our agent Gilles will be able to help with advice and guidance if required.
